"Uğur - Okan Qardaşlar" was established in 1998 as a local constructional materials trading company supplying gypsum, brick, aluminum profiles to various projects. Then the company applied to change the name to "Yanur idxal - ixrac əməliyyatları və ticarət" MMC as a limited liability company in 2004.
In a short period of time, Yanur's vision and dynamism have enable it to emerge as a young and dynamic company taking part in various activities in industrial projects such as brick, gypsum & gypsum plasterboards producing plants, renovations of historical buildings, construction and repairing of trading objects, pools, parks, cottages, hotels. Furthermore, today local bank branches, schools, sport complexes, apartment buildings are constructed in the Azerbaijan regions by the company.
