For the first time in the world practice offshore oil extraction, primary refinery (processing) and onshore transportation was performed at Oil Rocks. For this purpose in 1949 Trust executed complete construction work, also an artificial island (total area- 8 hectares) was created on Oil rocks and Trust started the construction of piers and platforms.

Today the Trust performs the following services as Contractor to different clients-organizations (including divisions of SOCAR) in all regions of Azerbaijan, as well as on “Guneshli” and “Oil Rocks” fields, on Gum, Pirallahy, Chilov, Khara-Zira islands and adjacent territories:

·                     Construction of main offshore and onshore (till 150m) oil-gas pipelines in different diameters;

·                     Construction of offshore and onshore gas-compressor stations;

·                     Construction of underground gas storages;

·                     Construction of offshore piers (0-30m);

·                     Construction of ports and port erections;

·                     Construction of offshore and onshore petroleum terminals for collection, storage, processing and transportation of oil, different destined technological erections;

·                     Construction of water jackets on shallow and deep parts (10-150m) of the sea;

·                     Electrical-power supply system for fields;

·                     Construction of high-voltage submarine cable lines;

·                     Construction of high-voltage cable and air transmission lines;

·                     Anticorrosion activities;

·                     Civil construction;

·                     Production of ferroconcrete items;

·                     Different diameter pipes concreting required for construction of submarine pipelines;

·                     Assembling of metal items;

·                     Production of asphalt-concrete;

·                     Asphalt-concrete paving of main roads, streets and squares;

·                     Supply of all kind construction materials and equipments;

·                     Welders’ certification at international level;

·                     Examining of welding joints by destructive and non-destructive methods.
