There is a place in Baku where services such as check-ups, vaccinations, and cleaning of ears, teeth, claws of cats and dogs are provided. Other kinds of services from surgery to comfortable storage (only for cats) can also be received at the veterinary clinic “Vəfalı Dostlar”.
We care about homeless cats too…
According to the words of the manager of the clinic, Mehman Farziyev, along with pet care of our clients, the clinic staff also assisted in the examination and treatment of homeless cats which find their way to the clinic. Generally, after the treatment, the cats returned to their usual places by the clinic’s car. However, some of them remain to become permanent residents of the clinic. Cats remain in the “cat hotel”. In the hotel, they live with the other cats that have owners.
In the future we plan to provide services for the treatment of diseases transmitted by fleas.
Examinations and treatment of cats and dogs in the clinic is performed by doctor-veterinarian Cavid Dilbazov.
Animals can also be treated against the seasonal invasion of fleas and other infectious diseases. Winter is over and as always in the spring there is an influx of little patients infected by fleas and ticks.
The hotel for cats.
At the moment in the hotel are more than 30 cast. Three of them have owners and the rest need a loving home. All the cats are neutered. In the large hall of the hotel is a memorial for those cats that have passed away. It contains photographs of all our pets.
Each cat has their own name; there is Marquis, Samirka, Grace, Kuzi, Dudu….

Now let’s talk about pricing. Examinations of cats and dogs are just 10 AZN. Prices for operations vary. For example, if a cat’s paw is broken, to fix it and the plaster cats is 20 AZN. Cleaning the teeth of cats is 10 AZN. If you do not want to break the psychological calm of your pet, for just 15 AZN this procedure can be done under general anesthesia. For dogs, the prices are a little different. Cleaning teeth costs 15 AZN, and under anesthesia is 20 AZN.
